How to share Tasks with others

To share tasks with others, you need save the task to Google calendar.

  1. Add Google calendar to calendar list.
  2. Share the calendar to the other people.
  3. Right click Tasks window, select New task...
  4. Select google calendar you shared in the Calendar combo box.
  5. Save the task.

The task will appear on the other people's desktop automatically after he adds the shared calendar.

Please note the task saved in Google Calendar cannot be shown on the browser or your mobile device.
