After adding Google calendar, you can share the calendar with others.
Right click the calendar window, select Manage Calendars...
Select the calendar youu'd like to share and click Share button.
Input the email of people you'd like to share, click Add person button.
Select permission of the share
Click Finish button to save the setting.
People to whom you share the calendar with can follow the same steps of adding Google calendar to add the calendar you shared with him.
