What is XBEL
XBEL(The XML Bookmark Exchange Language) is an open standard file format developed for Internet “bookmarks” interchange. Our software, XBEL Bookmark Manager is based on this file format. XBEL was designed by the Python XML Special Interest Group. It is easy to convert XBEL instances to other common formats, including the Navigator and Internet Explorer formats.
